Safety Tips - सुरक्षा सुझाव

बुजुर्गों के लिए:-

  1. बुजुर्गों का सहयोग एवं सम्मान करे ।
  2. बुजुर्गों को घर में अकेले न छोडे ।
  3. यदि बुजुर्गों घर में अकेले है, तो कीमती वस्तुऎ, जेवर आदि घर में न रखे ।
  4. बुजुर्ग व्यक्ति घर में अनजान नौकर को बिना जाँच पड़ताल के नौकरी में न रखें ।
  5. आपातकालीन फ़ोन / मोबाइल नम्बर सहज दृश्य एवं पढने योग्य अक्षरों में लिखकर रखे ।
  6. बुजुर्ग व्यक्ति आस पड़ोस के लोगो से सदा सपर्क में रहे ।

लावारिस वस्तुओ हेतु:-

  1. लावारिस वस्तुओ को न छुएं।
  2. लावारिस वस्तु विस्फोटक हो सकती है, उसके समीप न जाये।
  3. तत्काल पुलिस को सूचित करे।

वाहन चालाक हेतु:-

  1. दो पहिया वाहन में तीन सवारी न चले।
  2. हेलमेट का प्रयोग करे।
  3. वाहन चलाते समय मोबाइल का प्रयोग न करे।
  4. नाबालिको को वाहन चलाने न दे ।
  5. शराब पीकर वाहन न चलाये।
  6. रात्रि में 'लो बीम' का प्रयोग करे।
  7. अपने वाहन में ओव्हर लोडिंग ना करे ।
  8. ट्रैफिक नियमों का पालन करे।
  9. अपनी बायी ओर में वाहन चलाये।
  10. अपने वाहन को निर्धारित स्थल में ही पार्क करे।
  11. चार पहिया वाहन में सेफ्टी बेल्ट का प्रयोग करे ।

महिलाओं हेतु:-

  1. महिलाए अकेले रहने की स्थिति में अनजान व्यक्तियों को घर में प्रवेश न दे।
  2. फेरिवालो से सामान न खरीदें।
  3. जेवर साफ़ करने एवं भगवान का दर्शन कराने वालो से सावधान रहे ।
  4. मरम्मत कार्य करने वालों को घर में उस समय बुलाए जब परिवार के सदस्य मौजूद हो ।
  5. आपातकाल में पुलिस को सूचित करें ।
  6. रात्रि में सुनसान जगह पर अकेले न जाये।
  7. आभूषण को प्रदर्शित न करे और अकेले चलते समय आभूषण को कपड़े में छिपाकर रखे ।

बैंक हेतु सावधानिया:-

  1. बैंक से लेनदेन के बाद नगदी एवं जेवरो का अनावश्यक प्रदर्शन न करे।
  2. बैंक मे किसी अनजान लोगो से मेलजोल न बढ़ाये।
  3. बैंक मे अधिक रकम जमा करते एवं निकालते समय सहयोगी अवश्य लाये।
  4. पार्क किये गए वाहन मे कीमती वस्तु या रकम न छोड़े।
  5. बैंक से रकम लेकर सीधे गंतव्य तक पहुंचे, रास्ते में अनावश्यक ना रुकें ।
  6. एटीएम का पिन नम्बर किसी अन्य को न बताये । एटीएम कार्ड गुमने पर तत्काल बैंक एवं पुलिस को सूचित करे ।
  7. ऑनलाइन बैंकिंग में अपना युजरनेम व पासवर्ड किसी को न बताये। फिशिंग से बचें ।

For Individual:-

  1. Stay alert.
  2. Make yourself a “Tough Target.”
  3. Walk purposefully, stand tall, and make eye contact with people around you.
  4. Do not think that it cannot happen to you.
  5. Always be aware of your surroundings.
  6. If being followed or stalked, call 100 or drive directly to a police station.

After Sexual Assault:-

  1. Go to a safe place and call the police.
  2. The sooner you report the crime, the greater the chances your attacker will be caught.
  3. DO NOT shower, bathe, douche, or destroy any clothing you were wearing. Do not disturb any physical evidence.
  4. Go to a hospital emergency room for medical care.
  5. Call someone to be with you.You should not be alone. Contact a rape treatment or crisis center to help you deal with the consequences of the assault.

Females:-

    If You are Attacked
  1. Keep your head. Stay as calm as possible and evaluate your options and resources.
  2. Keep assessing the situation as it is happening. If one strategy doesn’t work, try another. Possible options include negotiation, stalling for time, distracting the assailant and fleeing to a safe place, verbal assertiveness, screaming, and physical resistance.
  3. You may be able to turn the attacker off with unusual behavior such as throwing up, acting crazy, or stating you have a sexually transmitted disease.

For Vendors:-

  1. Be watchful and report any suspicious activity around you.
  2. Make sure no customer leaves his belongings behind.
  3. Keep an eye on suspicious looking customer.
    4. For Rickshaw Pullers and Taxi/TSR drivers:-
  4. Remain alert and vigilant about surroundings especially where your vehicle or rickshaw is parked.
  5. Pay special attention at Railway Stations or ISBTs. Report about suspicious person or object.
  6. Check thoroughly you taxi/auto/rickshaw, including under-carriage and ensure that the passenger do not leave any bag or article.
  7. Maintain record of customers at Telephone Booths/Cyber Cafes.

For Landlords, Property Dealers, Car Dealers or Guest House Owners:-

  1. Do not let your premises without satisfying yourself about the antecedents of the tenant.
  2. Insist on identification documents before booking a room for the guest.Install CCTV cameras and report about suspicious guest to the police.
  3. Satisfy yourself about the antecedents of both parties, particularly the buyer before finalizing the deal and insist on identification documents, photocopies of which should be retained.
